V2MD by MediSprout

MediSprout's V2MD aims to be a game-changer in the healthcare industry by revolutionizing the virtual medical visit between patients and doctors.

As the Lead UI/UX Designer for MediSprout, I was tasked with designing the complete, end-to-end flow for both patients and doctors and making sure that the user experience is as flawless and frictionless as possible.

I began by identifying and analyzing the pain points for each user. Using wireframes, I was able to devise multiple solutions in a fast and efficient way, which also saved time during user testing. Once the flow was good, I was tasked with creating and maintaining the design system for V2MD's UI. All of the design elements were made using Sketch. The final mockups were then moved into InVision to be used for prototyping.

The final product went through multiple iterations based on user testing and customer feedback, which enabled us to deliver an optimal flow and design. In addition to the UI and UX design, I created graphics for investor pitch decks and promotional materials.
